The head chef, Chris MacDiarmid, looks for local suppliers, who are driven and deliver consistent standards. Restaurant at The Bonham has also recently been refurbished, in keeping with the Building’s Georgian heritage, the public spaces are sophisticated with a calming atmosphere, perfect for a private event or an intimate dinner, make your memories at Restaurant at The Bonham.

An excellent excuse for that all important catch up with friends and family, Restaurant at The Bonham offers the perfect atmosphere for these occasions.
The A la carte menu has some creative and inspiring dishes from our head chef, you can find a delicious starter of Hebridean Smoked Salmon with crab remoulade, pickled shallot, avocado puree and lemon gel, after you wash this down with one of delicious wines carefully selected by our Food and Beverage Manager, Judith de Vries, you can choose from one of our delicious main courses of Roast Borders Pheasant with haggis croquette, turnip puree and creamed brussel sprouts or our main course of Scrabster Halibut served with cockles, clams, mussels and heritage carrots. Finish with one of decadent desserts like our Chocolate and hazelnut Cremeux with blood orange and hazelnut crumb. After you have your dinner with us, retire to our new Consulting room bar, to try one of our many whiskies or perhaps after dinner liquor.
Breakfast at The Bonham offers a variety of items including the classic options like Porridge, Eggs Benedict or our famous ‘Full Scottish’. Our continental buffet also offers an assortment of breakfast items like cheeses, pastries, meats, fresh local yoghurt, fresh Juices and many other selections. Breakfast at The Bonham is also open to non-residents, so why not start the day off right, and start it at Restaurant at The Bonham.
Restaurant at The Bonham also has some private use spaces, these comprise of our Drumsheugh events room, which can seat anything from a private dinner for 40 people, to an intimate dining space for 10, or a drinks reception for 50. Our Consulting room space is ideal for any private dining space of up to 8 people, it has oak panelled walls and its own private entrance.
