The Bonham offers a range of meetings and events space catering for 2-70 guests for any type of event. 

The Dean Suite at the Bonham is beautifully appointed on the ground floor, with high ceilings and bay windows overlooking Drumsheugh Gardens. The adjoining Library offers a private space for coffee breaks or a drinks reception. Up to 26 guests can meet or dine in comfort on one large table or smaller round tables. With no fixed furniture, the room is fully flexible for any occasion and provides the perfect back drop for cocktail parties, family celebrations or corporate events.
Our Snug, in a beautifully ornate former reading room is perfect for up to 8 guests for a meeting or private lunch or dinner event. Original wooden panelling and a richly decorated ceiling make this an ideal venue.

Why not take exclusive use of No 35 at The Bonham, our new restaurant, which can hold up to 70 guests. We can also privately close off the rear section with views over Dean Village for up to 50 guests.

The Bonham offers a range of meetings and events spaces catering for between 2 and 80 guests, making it one of the most versatile as well as stylish meeting venues in the city centre.  

The Bonham is home to some of the most accessible meeting rooms in Edinburgh. Conveniently located a short distance from Edinburgh Airport, The Bonham is within walking distance of the business district and major transport routes around the city. It is a short taxi ride from Haymarket Train Station and offers some on site parking. 

The beautifully appointed ground floor Dean Suite Event Room with its ornate original features, high ceilings and bay windows overlooking the private Drumsheugh Gardens is the ideal location for conferences, meetings and corporate events.  

The Dean Suite Event Room can accommodate 26 guests around one long table for meetings.  Alternatively, using round tables allows 30 guests to enjoy the room, making it perfect for smaller company conferences or product launches. If seating is not required, the Dean Suite Event Room is the ideal meeting venue for a cocktail party, evening reception or networking event. 

Corporate users are invited to hire the adjoining Library, the perfect location to welcome guests with drinks. The Library is ideally sited for hot drink breaks, allowing delegates the chance to stretch their legs and enjoy the view as they network over a quality coffee.  Alternatively, the Library can provide a stunning backdrop for evening drinks receptions.

If more space is required, such as for a breakout room, the ornately panelled Snug, a former reading room, is also available. This can also be hired on its own and seats eight for a meeting or private lunch. 

If an all day event or conference is planned, The Bonham’s renowned restaurant can be exclusively hired for up to 80 guests. Alternatively, smaller parties of up to 50 guests can have exclusive use of the rear section with views over Dean Village. We offer our diners the very best seasonal produce and ensure our menus are carefully matched to your event and budget whilst also allowing for any dietary requirements.

In addition to meeting rooms, The Bonham also offers 49 individually styled, recently refurbished rooms for guests and our elegant bar ensures that overnight guests can enjoy each other’s company late into the evening.

All hotel and meeting rooms are equipped with the latest technology and AV equipment including flat screen TVs. In addition, free, superfast WiFi (with a maximum bandwidth of 100Mb) is available at all times.
