In line with Scottish Government restrictions, The Bonham Hotel and No 35 at the Bonham Restaurant are temporarily closed and will re-open on Monday 26th April. Reservations can be made now for arrival from this date (all reservations are fully flexible).

The Bonham has undergone an inspiring refurbishment and the new design blends traditional period elements with new luxurious textures, nodding sensitively towards the building’s original Georgian roots.

The Macallan Whisky Dinner

Join us for an exclusive evening hosted in partnership with The Macallan. Enjoy a delicious sit-down dinner with an all-new paired menu by Head Chef Marco Nobrega.
 
The 5-course dinner will feature a selection of dishes produced with inspiration from the best of seasonal Scottish ingredients. Each dish will be paired with a single malt from one of Scotland's most beloved and luxury distilleries The Macallan.
 
The evening will be hosted by a Whisky Ambassador from The Macallan.
 
Tickets are priced £70 per person.

Head Chef Marco looks for local suppliers, who are driven and deliver consistent standards. No.35 at The Bonham has also recently been refurbished in keeping with the Building’s Georgian heritage. The public spaces are sophisticated with a calming atmosphere, perfect for a private event or an intimate dinner. 

Open for lunch Wednesday-Sunday and dinner every night, our A La Carte Menu offers a great choice for all tastes or why not join us every lunchtime and on Thursday evenings for our famous “Boozy Snoozy”, a 3-course selection from our menu including a half bottle of wine per person. An excellent excuse for that all important catch up with friends and family.

The A La Carte Menu has some creative and inspiring dishes, you can find a delicious starter of Hebridean smoked salmon with crab remoulade, pickled shallot, avocado purée and lemon gel. After you wash this down with one of delicious wines carefully selected by our Food and Beverage Manager, you can choose from one of our delicious main courses of roast borders pheasant with haggis croquette, turnip purée and creamed brussel sprouts. Or why not choose our main course of scrabster halibut served with cockles, clams, mussels and heritage carrots. Finish with one of decadent desserts like our chocolate and hazelnut cremeux with blood orange and hazelnut crumb. After dinner, retire to our new bar, to try one of our many whiskies or perhaps after dinner liquor.

Breakfast at The Bonham offers a variety of items including classic options like Porridge, Eggs Benedict or our famous ‘Full Scottish’. Our continental buffet offers an assortment of breakfast items including cheese, pastries, meats, fresh local yoghurt and fresh juices. Breakfast at The Bonham is also open to non-residents, so why not start the day off right.

No.35 at The Bonham also offers private event spaces, these comprise of our Dean Suite, which can seat anything from a private dinner for 40 people, to an intimate dining space for 10, or a drinks reception for 50.
